Shipping and Return Policies

• We accept orders from the continental US and Canada.
• All shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service).
• Online orders are roasted and shipped same day (whenever possible) for orders placed before 12pm noon.
• Payment via credit card is handled by 2Checkout.com, a reputable Authorized Reseller. During checkout, you will temporarily be taken to 2Checkout.com’s site for payment information, then returned to FremontCoffee.net once the order is completed.
• In the event of an error on Fremont Coffee's part, contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right. However, once a shipment has been dropped off on time at the USPS, all issues dealing with transit or delivery should be handled directly with the Postal Service. Apologies, but we cannot accept returns.
